"IMMEDIATE ACTION" compilation is finally here. this twenty-two track, 2xCD
compiles the majority of tracks from last year's limited edition IA 12"
series. the CDs come packaged in a deluxe digipak, beautifully designed by
graphic havoc and feature exclusive contributions by SAVATH+SAVALAS, TELEFON
TEL AVIV, A GRAPE DOPE, PROCESS, among many others. it also features five
bonus tracks not part of the original series. four of these bonus tracks
(BOGDAN RACZYNSKI, TWINE, BENEATH AUTUMN SKY and T.RAUMSCHMIERE) are also
available together on vinyl as the "immediate action bonus tracks" white
label. this vinyl is limited to only 1,000 copies worldwide. a full artist
and track listing for both releases can be found in the catalog section.
JOSHUA EUSTIS' (telefon tel aviv) remix contribution to the SLICKER
"frustrache" whitelabel CD/12" EP is one of hefty's most standout tracks to
date. this ep also compiles remixes by t.raumschmiere and SAFETY SCISSORS as
well as two new banging tracks by slicker.
STEWART WALKER's "reclamation: 1997-1999" CD and stewart walker + GREGORY
SHIFF's 12" EP are both now available in the hefty store on PERSONA.
"reclamation" is about stewart's decision to regain control of some of his
favorite vinyl-only productions from his pre-stabiles (force inc.) era and
present them fresh on CD with some other favorites of his from that period,
which never saw the light of day. this is stewart's first CD release since
1999.
