i would have to say that next to pink floyd and skinny puppy, the
surfers are next in line as far as influencing what i am listening to
today...and now that they fully embrace and abuse electronics and
beats, they have come full circle...
for me, the surfers will never surpass 1987's hairway to steven, yet
i still love 'em and support them...maybe i'm crazy, possibly because
i'm from texas?
and just like floyd and puppy, the buttholes still put on a DAMN good
live show.
