fans, the band or the band's record label can contact eBay and ask for the
item to be removed if it is indeed illegal. I'm on the Ozric Tentacles
fanlist, and we've done this several times for bunk sales on there, like
people selling burned copies of the out-of-print Vitamin Enhanced box.
I don't remember exactly the email addy to contact, might be
abuse@ebay.com, but I'm sure it isn't hard to find on there...
