So I've always had only good things to say about Pimmon, and his
new/upcoming CD on Tigerbeat6 only strengthens my feelings. Interestingly, I
think this one may appeal to both our currently warring factions -- those
who like it noisy, and those who like it mellow. Similar to the way that
Pita makes abrasiveness absolutely lush and gorgeous, Pimmon takes harsh
beats and striated sounds and somehow weaves them into the most soothing
configurations... Really amazing stuff. Highly recommended.
