Well, I can't help you with EasyCD Creator, but with Nero, all you have to do is to choose "CD Extra" in the "New..." dialog. Then drag all data files to the upper half of the new ISO file and all audio tracks into the lower half, set a few options as you'd do with a normal audio CD and you should be set...
