if i was mr. capilatist, i'd get new hosting for autechre.com and put up an
anti-autechre site, based on the responses from fans :D
As far as legislation -- new legislation is not retroactive, meaning that
any bill that comes out against "cyber squatters" would only affect people
who try to do it after the law is in place. Anyone who has a domain before
that time is fine, even if they purchased it for the sole reason of
re-selling it.
You can't get in trouble for doing something before it's illegal.
