hey, you could get something likeSteinberg Cubasis and i think there's also
a budget version of Logic that's supposed to be killer. they have nice
graphical interfaces and extensive edting capabilities. you could also
check out Acid.
but if i were you, i would skip the budget stuff wait a little more than
expected and save up for a full-on pro sofware package.
