I don't know how long you've been on the Internet, but you should have
noticed by now that it is really bad manners to quote a private email in a
public list/forum without asking permission first. Usually there is nothing
very private or anything to hide, but if someone makes a comment direct to
you it's just polite to ask before you report it to the rest of the world.
