well i was going for squarepusher, and then when
he cancelled i wasn't going to go at all because
to tell you the truth, and i know it's practically
heresy on this list and i'm not trying to be
inflamatory or anything, i've just never really
enjoyed the plaid stuff that i've heard (aside from
the first song on restproof clockwork).
plus i'm VERY ill (probably more ill than
squarepusher,
ha!). but i decided it was worth going to give plaid
a chance live to see, maybe once and for all, how i
actually feel about them (are they better live than
they are on cd? anyone like them live but not on cd?)
also, mira calix is someone i feel the same way about,
though i haven't heard prickle. so yeah. i'll be there
anyway, hopefully not spreading my disease, and
hopefully satisfied enough to reinvest my 5 dollar
refund back into some merchandise.
