Yes, it is very good, especially if you have a beefy computer (runs OK even
on this mediocre one).

I hope it's better than the 2.3 manual, which is pretty awful. OK, I have a
crappy pdf (ahem) but the content is so basic that I don't find it terribly
useful. The tooltips inside the program are much better actually.
I hear R3 has much improved filters over R2.
