So this past Sunday, i'm sitting watching home improvement shows in the
morning (yeah i like it alot, including christopher lowell).
So on comes "Home Again" with Bob Villa (the show after he got booted from
"This Old House").
On comes a segment about a remodel of a tenement for low-income housing in
the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
I freaked and stood ears perked up and listened to:
"I noticed that you used..."
"Now those look like full-dimensional beams"
"That's correct.."
"yeah.."
"Well, it makes a lot of sense"
"Concourse" on BoC Maxima
