Wow, that's a pretty tall order! I think the best
you'll find is the IDM Warp Zone:

It's not that comprehensive at all, really,
considering the sheer number of people doing IDM or
IDM-type stuff, but it's a good place to start! You
might also simply look at Yahoo's IDM Artists section:
http://dir.yahoo.com/Entertainment/Music/Artists/By_Genre/Electronic/IDM/
Or you could just scour the archives of this list for
every name mentioned... Ha!
