depends. The one i'm stuck on is like neither of this... mainly because it's essentially 70 minutes with 5 minute convenience stops in case you have to go to the bathroom. Although, thanks to the music, you're probably so out of it that you don't even notice. The zammuto cd i enjoy is like a Euphio :D

as in, so you can be free? that's a pretty heady question.
