[idm] Video Game Sountracks, help me out on Casino vs Japan

Anybody else remember the Neuromancer Commodore 64 game with the Devo soundtrack? I used to just boot up the game and listen to that "change" song or whatever it was. I remember that the packaging said there was going to be a movie, but I don't recall seeing anything of Gibson's ever going to film (except for that Keanu Reeves mistake Johnny M.). Keep in mind I pay attention to movies about this much (very small space between fingers), so I could be wrong and probably am.
Also--I've seen quite a few things about Casino vs. Japan. Who/what/where are they and how good are their releases? Any on CD that I could get inside of Canada?
