Well no, I don't think it does, if this thread is still coming from the
standpoint of the reasons someone might listen to a piece of music that
bears no previous connection to the listener other than their being asked
by a stranger to listen to a random piece because the listener *might*
like it. I mean, it's possible that someone has gone on to a fruitful
music career via that path, but does anybody respond positively to begging
like that? Of course, this is not to overgeneralize "begging" into an
argument for the eradication of the homeless or anything.
