Okay, so it's not strictly IDM, but I definitely recommend folks check
out Spacek's "Curvatia". Sort of minimalist soul with a dashing of
hip-hop, but all served up on a gorgeous bed of intricate production
work that borders on electronica at times (such as the gorgeous "How
Do I Move", which sounds like Plaid remixing D'Angelo). Come to think
of it, you could liken it to a very highly-polished Leila.
