This is true, and don't get me wrong, the tracks that did have some of
the poorer production are probably my favorite tracks on the album(s) [I
am referring to both your last Muziq and Kid Spatula albums]. You are
dead on.

That definitely explains it, as I assumed some of the tracks were
plopped down on a pewt of some sort and sequenced, or sequenced from the
getgo, which makes things very easy to manage. There's a lot of soft
synth stuff out there (in the same texture zone as Jega, though not even
near as talented, btw, sign Dylan for life... he's fucking brilliant)
that just is lacking in mixing quality as well, and that can be
rectified. No excuses.
