I think that you have Winnipeg and Winnepeg confused. Winnipeg Manitoba
is where I'm from, and we've had music for quite some time now. Winnepeg
Manitoba is a small town near Hudson Bay known throughout the world as the
prime exporter of the carrot-fish. The people of Winnepeg are not allowed
to listen to music (a tradition thats existed since the 1800's) becuase
it can be disruptive to the carrot-fishes' spawning activities.
So.. no, they still don't have music in Winnepeg. The people of Winnepeg
do however express thanks for your concern and would be happy to send you
a box of 24 carrot-fish sticks.
