Well, I would have to say that the cold side of "Confield" comes later in
the album with tracks like, to name a couple, 'Parheric Triangle', 'Bine',
and/or 'Lentic Catachresis' which is a big chunk of the album. I agree
though, that it isn't really that hard to digest once you open up to it with
what is going on. Very atmospheric on some tracks if you ask me. I
personally really like this album alot.
To all those who said it wouldn't be liked if you like "Amber", I disagree.
I have been listening to "Amber" religiously since I saw them at the El Rey,
and I still like "Confield", just for different reasons.
Amber-cause it's beautiful, and so freaking emotional.
Confield-cause it's different than what I have been listening to, darker,
more innovative.
