well, that's exactly what this list is useful for--lurk for a while and see what people say about the various albums and artists they listen to, and then pay more attention to those whose tastes seem to match yours in other areas. i've come across some really excellent stuff that way. not to mention the advance notice of various tour dates. i'll keep posting the occasional note about something i've liked that i haven't heard too many other reviews of...i hope it's as useful to others as it is to me when you guys do that :) -rachel (aka dj pie)
