quoted 1 line actually, it is NOT always a label's responsibility to put they're arists on tou>>>>>actually, it is NOT always a label's responsibility to put they're arists on tour, that's why there are booking agents and management. a label can only urge the artist to do so. of course, what artist would not tour for their own self-promotion and benefit. if an artist does not tour it is a decision the artist has made for one reason or another. if an artist does not come to a specific city it is usually due to time constraints, routing, sales demographics, etc. it is however, the labels job to promote the artists that are traveling to make sure it is a successful run.
