Well, it's not all 2-step - there's also some nu-skool breaks & some
drum'n'bass & plenty o' noise.
As for 2-step, though... it's well done here. And I wouldn't be so quick to
write off the entire genre... there's plenty of good stuff there, and just
wait until it starts fusing more thoroughly with broken beat (as on the Zest
releases, or Landslide)...
