I don't think anyone is looking down on anyone else, necessarily. It's just
a pertinent thing to mention on this list. It gives some context for what
he's saying, you know where he's coming from. And personally, I've never
detected a whiff of condescension in anything John Balance has posted to the
list. Which, given some of the shit that gets posted, must make him some
kind of saint.
