you would if you couldn't find something out on the floor, asked a
salesperson, and got a response like "oh, i think we have that, ask
so-and-so over there. he can get it from the stock room." then that person
coudln't help you, etc.
if you can't think to ask for something that *isn't out* on the floor,
that's your problem.
