The next volume of clicks & cuts will unleashed upon us starting may
1st. This volume features 3.7 hours worth of unreleased music over
three cds. Each of the cds seems to have it's own direction - cd1 has
a minimal glitchy experimental dub sound, cd2 is more in the
experimental laptop techno style, and cd3 is in the
minimal/microsound vein - but obviously there are expections to this
on every cd. over these three cds there are many standout tracks from
the usual names (snd, farben, tilliander, bretschneider, jirku,
delay, k606, auch, sutekh, clayton) but there are also some that
weren't as impressive (geez n gosh, full swing, fennesz, cyclo, dat
politics). but overall, it's another worthwhile release from mille
plateaux that will fit in nicely with any collection right between
your clicks & cuts vol 1 and Modulation & Transformation comps.
