Excellent! I heard about this last night, but didn't know whether it was
actually going to happen. My club, Campus, is co-sponsoring the event with
Terrace, so I'm definitely going to be there. Of course I'd be there
anyway, but it's nice to know I won't have to bribe or murder. :)
And I'll second Ms. Potts's recommendation for the Record Exchange --
it's one of the things (if not THE thing) I'll miss most about Princeton
once I'm out of here. Truly a great place to go, especially if you're also
into classical music and/or have a vinyl craving.
For those who don't know him, the humble abbot arthur purvis, original
poster about this Autechre event, is the former activities chair (booking
agent etc.) of Terrace. He's a cool guy, and knows way more than the next
guy about experimental music. So when he posts, you listen.
Who else is from the Princeton area? Howard Shih, I know you're out
there -- who else am I gonna see?
