On the 23th of February the new Kohvi sampler was released by Kohvirecords.
Kohvirecords is an Estonian independent record label that incorporates
several artists and projects who produce electronic music. Kohvirecords'
music is moody and slightly dreamy and hypnotic in its boreal calmness. The
music has repeatedly been labeled "northerly warm". Sometimes it sounds as
music from films and at times gets rather minimal and robotic.
As this sampler is mostly for promotional purposes, it is not sold
officially. But you can dowload all tracks as mp3s from

Kohvirecords' next release "Korvaklapid" by Pastacas is coming out in march
2001. Pastacas aka Ramo Teder is a painter and at his exhibitions you can
hear Pastacas' music. Pastacas has produced a number of remixes, written
film-music and in march his debut album will be released by Kohvi. Pastacas'
music is technically complex and carefully composed ("I could argue for
every note in my music"). It is pure in mood and goes straight to your mind.
