It's a good piece of work. Not exactly a good
listening album though. The tracks are tracky,
range from hiphop to breaks & electro. I think
the tracks are fun to play with, and the whole
album is definately better than the Cuba 12"
(he recycles the bassline from Cuba on the track
with buckfunk anyway)
--------------------------
I listened to a recent T-Power single.. which I'm
guessing is off this
new
3LP... Given the strong presence of the female
singer, I'm guessing
T's
going for a more pop route these days. The music had
T-Power's
trademark
NuSkool punch to it, but there wasn't any instrumental
remixes on the
single, so I didn't pick it up... (Nothing against
soulful singers, but
I
prefer to not have them on top of the kind of music
T-Power does..)
Is this what to expect from the 3LP? Or is this
single a shining gem
in
comparison to the rest?
