I think that the dialogue is from Heat, a long long action/cops n robbers
movie featuring Val Kilmer, Robert De Niro and Al Pacino, among others.
Very good flick, even though I don't usually like action movies... If it is
Heat, an interesting sidenote is that DJ Shadow dialogue from the same movie
in the cops n robbers version of Stem.
