other music in nyc gave motor's
cd such high praise, i had to give it
a try. gotta say i didn't hear what
was so great about it. sounded like some
reasonably good acidy trax with some
slight ambient interludes (can i go so far
as to say 'hawtinesque'?). pretty generic
but well produced, if you ask me.
maybe on vinyl it takes on a different life.
picked up dj skull's 'internet server 112' 12
on djax, which is some really great techy stuff.
so good to hear these guys who were doing nosebleed
acid, turning it around and showing some more
finese. would also have to say t-power's full
length is really interesting and really fun to
play if you like breaks.
