DSP stands for digital signal processing... It can mean outboard digital effects, but usually refers to the software used on a computer. i think DSP refered to here is any variety of music that relies heavily on this to create or rather shape a sound. Every artist you hear on this list uses some ammount of DSP in creating their music, but i think the style that is being called DSP is just those who set up huge chains of effects and then change parameters of those effects to create their music... knob twiddling, but no real substance behinf it... i think... David
