Can somebody clarify for me exactly what DSP is? (Beginning with what the
letters stand for). I've read many threads about it, but I still have
trouble grasping exactly what it's all about. Is it a genre that exists next
to IDM? Or is it a subgenre that exists within certain IDM artists? Or is
it not a genre at all...just a technical term? I've also noticed people talk
about certain artists in both the idm & dsp realm, so I'm a bit confused and
was helping someone could shed some light for me.
