#1 is definitely available, although if you're looking for a CD
version,
I admit that will be tough. I think I picked up my copy from a store
in
New Zealand about a year ago.

Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if they were still stocking it according
to some database somewhere, whereas it's actually out of print. I could be
wrong, but that's my guess.
Also, I don't know what you meant by "if you're looking for a CD version,"
as it was never released on vinyl, to the best of my knowledge.
