This reminds me of the Morton Feldman anecdote of a conversation with
Stockhausen (which suggests why the former's recordings dwarf the latter's
in my personal record collection)- Stock asks Mort "what's yr secret?" to
which M replies "I don't try to force anything." S, puzzled, says "not
even a little bit?"
