[idm] Advice on dealing with a tosser

I recently dealt with a kid on EBAY ("wadfish" AKA Robert Waddicar) who refused an item he had bid on and since I left him negative feedback has began to sign me up for various e-mail lists ranging from porn to other tamer lists (I have verified it is him doing this from IP info and that he uses his nickname "tosser" as the password). I've probably only received about 15 list sign-ups but its an annoyance that I can do without... I'm currently liaising with his ISP who I'm hoping will kick him off, though I don't expect that to stop him annoying me further since he can go to another ISP. Can anyone advise me on what the legal situation is with someone maliciously using my e-mail address in this way; I'd like to teach this dopey kid a lesson whether it be by legal methods or phoning his mummy up and telling her her little son is looking at rude websites on his computer! Any advice would be appreciated!
