Also try the Tear Ceremony Albums on the same label. It's a little darker than
most ambient, subtle like Biosphere.
I'm sure they'd be horrified to think they sound 'new age' considering that's a
label that is frequently applied to John Tesh, Yanni & others.
You may want to check out the website & playlists of Hearts of Space, an
excellent "space music" radio show that's syndicated throughout the united
states via public radio. It rides that thin line between ambient and newage
wankery all the time, but its still great!
