In response to all of this commentary about bad service from stores, i feel obligated
to do a little shameless self-promotion.....
i work for a store called Record Collector in Iowa (US) and we have recectly opened up a web
store. We try to stock a fair amount of "IDM" titles and are always willing to do special orders.
We buy through an ungodly number of distributors and are always willing to go the extra mile
to find titles for people.
The best part is that since I am on this list and am at least as big a fanboy as anyone else,
I have no excuse for dropping the ball on your order...
