Okay...I need to jump on this bandwagon, albeit quite late. Apparently I was sent
one of these LONG ago (according to the postmark) which just showed up in my
mailbox about 10 days ago a little travel-worn. I spent a few days letting it
simmer; it isn't a comp you can easily pin down. On first listen, I found a few
standout tracks (the same ones the others mention)...but as I continue to play it
it grows more and more as a whole. It really is a nice collection and it deserves
repeated spins. If I had to put it in a category which sort of covers the whole
thing, I guess I'd call it fairly chilled and definitely a grower with enough
variety to keep the mix interesting. Good show, Dave.
