Well yes it is, but what you get all depends on who's using it at the time.
I want to be able to use this, but I guess that depends on what people are
going to make available. So I would encourage anyone here to get on it for a
start. The "official" client software used to be awful which I guess put
people off, but Toadnode is as good as Napster.
The beauty of Gnutella is it's open and truly decentralized. Napster and
Hotline are owned and will probably be killed outright because of it. Free
the bits!
