The term IDM was coined, if my faulty memory serves
me right, during the discussions that preceded the
list creation (on the alt.rave newsgroup, I think.)
Maybe some of my fellow fossils can remember more
of the details.
Anyway, it's one of the things we'll have to answer
for in the Final Judgment.
