For those interested, there are two cds out there
featuring invented music. "Gravikords, Whirlies, and
Pyrophones" is the one I have I must say it makes
pretty amazing listening (though not IDM in any
sense). "Orbitones, Spoon Harps & Bellowphones" is
another one in the same series (i think it came before
"gravikords...") that I haven't heard but have heard
good things about. And it even features an Aphex
track (bucephalus bouncing ball).
