Right - Chinese Whispers came out on Si-Cut {db}'s (sorry, I forget the correct fonts and symbols for the way Douglas Benford writes his alias) Sprawl Imprint, imo. a less successful version of the Dot label's excellent "Endlessnessism". Some big names contributed, but somehow the whole thing never really lifted off (for me, at least). It was released in '98, if you want to hunt it down.
