Change, that's what's up. It's not '96 anymore. I totally respect them for constantly evolving and trying out new things and actually challenging their listeners. Do you want them to go on forever giving you 2 note melodies coupled with crunchy beats ? You've got a whole slew of copycats out there still doing that. I still can't believe people think Ae peaked with their pre-Tri-Repetae work. It confounds me when people who claim to listen "experimental" electronic music have such negative reactions to Autechre's post-Chiastic Slide work. I think they really are making "intelligent" music now.
