I really don't think you can go wrong with any of them, but if I had to recommend any, I'd say check out the Monolake. I'm also a huge fan of the Vainqueur, but that record's very minimal and droning -- many songs dismiss the need for beats. The Matrix and Fluxion records have a nice assortment of tracks. I still think the earlier artists on the label -- monolake, vainqueur, substance, porter ricks, various artists -- tended to make the more experimental/uncanny sounds. After that you get the Vladislave Delay-style stuff -- more clicky and beat-driven.
