yes, this describes the cover and liner art for the cd. where do they
mention anything about fractals and music in this quote? maybe i'm missing
it...

well at the base level there really is no randomness; it's just at such a
high level of complexity that we have no way of understanding the system,
making it essentially random. most fractals only develop into something
repeating when there's a huge amount of information within it, and to
process a bit of the information would be so complex it would be,
subjectively, random.
