Greetings-
Just wondering if anyone knows of folks doing things similar to track
three on Pita's Get Out. I've listened to Fennesz, Farmer's Manual, Ryoji
Ikeda...all great stuff...but none of them move me like that one
song. What I'm looking for is more of that droney, emotionally moving
kinda stuff. I find a lot of the glitch-pop/powerbook orchestrations to
be more head exercises than moving spiritually/emotionally (IMO), but that
one track just stands out above the rest. I suppose that some Oval tracks
have that quality to them...I'm just trying to find something beyond the
usual suspects.
On a not so IDM topic...anyone know of bands similar in form to
gybe!? I've just discovered them, and am absolutely in love with them.
