I would recommend this album to anyone interested in ambient techno
possibly the last classic of the genre!
there is also a 12" (which i dont have)
neil now works at transmat records ...
he also writes cyberpunk fiction which u can find online
he has another track on the cd time space transmat
also check out india (john beltran) on a similar tip
