If you wanted to add Ultra2 SCSI to your laptop (for Hard drive storage or
Sampelr interface, etc.), it's integrated into the system so you don't have
to use up one of the 2 precious PCI slots that are on the system with a SCSI
card. So essentially, you get 3 PCI devices (one of them is fixed)...
