Autechre's EP7. Although as far back as Incunabula you can see vocal
snippets popping up ("the noise.. the noise" sample in "low ride").
Plug Research's "voices in my lunchbox" series.. I think they have the
12"ches compiled on a CD with a few bonus tracks.
Old farts like Reich and Luciano Berio ("thema omaggio a joyce").
Almost every artist and their brother uses little chopped bits of voices
up as percussion. (with varying degrees of success) The list is probably
ridiculously long.
