well it really depends what exactly you're looking for... for just
genuinely extremely unpleasant noise, you could go with late period
merzbow or any masonna or incapacitants. For more textural noise
(occasionally ambience) there's folks like Aube and Daniel Menche... for
the sounds of computers dying there's farmers manual and other Mego
characters... for rhythmic pounding there's a lot of ant-zen artists
(noisex, imminent, etc)...
all depends what you want to hear.
